Head of Category Cluster Milk-based (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You provide strategic and operational leadership to the international Category Cluster Milk-based team, shaping and executing global procurement strategies.
• Cost-efficient purchasing and measurable profit contributions are part of your daily mission, along with transparent reporting on savings and value creation.
• You develop global category strategies that unlock synergies and create sustainable business value.
• You challenge the status quo by continuously improving procurement processes and implementing category strategies that generate lasting cost savings.
• Building strong international supplier relationships is key to create sustainable value and achieve business objectives.
• Collaboration comes naturally to you, enabling successful cross-functional teamwork with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your recipe to success: 

• You have several years of experience in strategic procurement, international sourcing, and leadership in an international business environment.
• You bring extensive expertise in the dairy industry, with in-depth knowledge of milk supply, cheese and butter categories, supplier relationship management, pricing strategies, and cost optimization. 
• Equipped with a strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, you consistently strive for outstanding results.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages will set you apart.
• You are willing to travel internationally for approximately 20% of your working time to strengthen partnerships and drive business success.
• You combine modern leadership skills with strong analytical thinking and confident negotiation capabilities.
